SQS Software Quality Systems AG (the 'Company')

Director Shareholding

The Company announces that on 28 November 2008 David Cotterell, a director of the Company, received 155,913 SQS ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") as part of the final earn out consideration for Cresta. 

Following this transaction, Mr Cotterell has an interest in 259,297 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.03 per cent. of the Company's current total issued ordinary share capital.
