Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc's capital consist of 77,907,628 ordinary shares with voting rights. Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc holds 0 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc is 77,907,628.
