Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc's capital consist of 77,325,128 ordinary shares with voting rights. Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc holds 144,537 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc is 77,180,591.
