Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc's capital consist of 77,227,516 ordinary shares with voting rights. Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc holds 1,178,450 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc isΒ 76,049,066.
