Re-Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

The Board of Directors announces that it has resolved to re-appoint Dr Krishnamurthy Rajagopal as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 10th February 2012 when Dr Rajagopal's current appointment expires.
