ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2010
The Chairman, Bill Whiteley, at today's AGM of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, said:
"You have all been sent a copy of the annual report and accounts which includes a detailed statement on the performance for the year ended 31st December 2009. It also outlines the reasons for our good performance, the intrinsic strengths of the business and why we are confident about the long term future of the Group.
As far as 2010 is concerned, Mark spoke about the Interim Management Statement earlier and I have nothing to add to it."
