Shareholder Notifications

Spectra Systems, a leading provider of advanced technology solutions for banknote and product authentication, announces, further to its announcement on 25 July 2011, that it is today sending to those parties who were Spectra Systems shareholders prior to the admission on AIM of the Company's common stock a letter informing such shareholders of the placing of 18,592,320 shares of the Company's common stock, the conversion of all of the Company's issued and outstanding preferred stock into common stock and the admission of all of its common stock to trading on AIM, each of which were completed by 25 July 2011.
