Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
Spectra Systems Corporation, a leader in machine-readable high speed banknote authentication, brand protection technologies and gaming security software, announces that it agreed with Ms. Colleen Hamill her resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Hamill left the Company on Friday 21 April to explore other opportunities, following the publication of the Spectra Systems 2022 annual results on 20 March 2023 and production of the Annual Report.
The process to identify a successor is progressing well and a further announcement will be made as soon as possible. In the meantime, Liz Squires, Financial Controller of the Company, will work alongside Dr. Lawandy to manage the company's financial needs.
