The following amendment has been made to the 'Posting of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM' announcement released on 28 June 2024 at 10:14 under RNS No 3637U.
The announcement has been updated to note that the Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders on 8 July 2024.
All other details remain unchanged.

Spectra is pleased to announce that copies of its Annual Report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be posted to shareholders on 8 July 2024.
Spectra is also pleased to announce that notice of its AGM, to take place on 29 July 2024, will be posted to shareholders on 8 July 2024.
Copies of both Spectra's Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM can be found on the Company's website at www.spsy.com.
