In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company today announces that Peter Williams, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of U and I Group plc with effect from 4th January 2016, to become Chairman following U and I Group plc's Annual General Meeting on 14 July 2016.
