In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company today announces that Roger Withers, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has informed the Company that he became Non-Executive Chairman of Safecharge International Group Limited ("Safecharge") with immediate effect on its admission to the AIM sub-market of the London Stock Exchange. Safecharge is an international provider of payments services, risk management and IT solutions for online businesses.
