Director/PDMR Shareholding

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")

This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).

The Company has today been notified that on 15 January 2009 the following transfers were made by directors and PDMRs to their respective spouses:

John Smellie, Chief Executive, transferred 1,900,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Mrs Smellie. As a result, John Smellie and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest of 5,080,240 Ordinary Shares representing 8.71% of the issued share capital.

Tony Kirkbright, Finance Director, transferred 1,700,000 Ordinary Shares to Mrs Kirkbright. As a result, Tony Kirkbright and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest of 2,437,574 Ordinary Shares representing 4.18% of the issued share capital.

David Cairns, Works Manager, transferred 750,000 Ordinary Shares to Mrs Cairns. As a result, David Cairns and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest of 2,437,574 Ordinary Shares representing 4.18% of the issued share capital.

Mike Beard, Sales and Marketing Director, transferred his entire holding of 2,437,574 Ordinary Shares to Mrs Beard. As a result, Mike Beard and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest of 2,437,574 Ordinary Shares representing 4.18% of the issued share capital.

Bruce Maver, Operations Director, transferred 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares to Mrs Maver. As a result, Bruce Maver and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest of 2,437,574 Ordinary Shares representing 4.18% of the issued share capital

The interest of Robert Paterson, Engineering Director, in 2,437,574 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.18% of the issued share capital, will now be held jointly by Robert Paterson and Mrs Paterson. As a result, Robert Paterson and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest of 2,437,574 Ordinary Shares representing 4.18% of the issued share capital.
