Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Superglass announces that, as at 31 December 2011:
·; the Company had 50,169,681 ordinary shares of 20p each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue;
·; the Company holds no shares in treasury; and
·; the number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 50,169,681.
The figure of 50,169,681 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Superglass under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
