John Smellie, Chief Executive,Β transferredΒ 1,900,000Β ordinary sharesΒ of 1Β pence eachΒ in the CompanyΒ ("Ordinary Shares")Β to Mrs Smellie.Β As a result,Β John SmellieΒ and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest of 5,080,240Β Ordinary SharesΒ representingΒ 8.71% of the issued share capital.
Tony Kirkbright, FinanceΒ Director,Β transferred 1,700,000Β Ordinary SharesΒ to Mrs Kirkbright.Β As a result,Β Tony KirkbrightΒ and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest ofΒ 2,437,574Β Ordinary SharesΒ representingΒ 4.18% of the issued share capital.
David Cairns, Works Manager,Β transferred 750,000Β Ordinary SharesΒ to Mrs Cairns.Β As a result,Β David CairnsΒ and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest ofΒ 2,437,574Β Ordinary Shares representingΒ 4.18% of the issued share capital.
MikeΒ Beard, Sales and Marketing Director,Β transferredΒ his entire holding ofΒ 2,437,574Β Ordinary SharesΒ to Mrs Beard.Β As a result, Mike BeardΒ and his related parties have an unchanged notifiable interest of 2,437,574 Ordinary Shares representing 4.18% of the issuedΒ share capital.
