Superglass Holdings PLC ("Superglass") today announces that, following the successful recapitalisation of the business, Finance Director, Tony Kirkbright, has decided to step down and has resigned as a Director with immediate effect. Tony has held the position of Finance Director since 1987 and leaves with the Board's best wishes and sincere gratitude for his commitment to the business over many years.
The Board has commenced the process of recruiting a new Finance Director. In the meantime, David Wilton has been appointed as a consultant and will report to the Board on the financial affairs of Superglass on an interim basis. David was most recently Group Finance Director of WYG plc from February 2009 to December 2011.
