Superglass Holdings plc

("Superglass" or "the Company")

Grant of Share Options

The Company announces that on 7th December 2011 share options over ordinary shares of 20 pence in the Company were granted to certain employees of Superglass for nil consideration as follows:

·; a total of 1,009,708 share options over Ordinary Shares were granted under the Superglass Holdings plc Performance Share Plan ("PSP"). These shares will vest on 7th December 2014, subject to, inter alia, certain performance related criteria being met, and are exercisable for seven years from the date of vesting, at an exercise price of nil pence per share.

Included in the above totals were the following awards made to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

The Performance Condition requires that the Company's EPS in the last Financial Year in the Performance Period must match or exceed the targets set out in the table below. The Award shall Vest over a number of Shares determined as follows:

¹ EPS is defined as the Company's audited Profit after tax divided by the weighted average total number of ordinary shares in issue in the relevant period and calculated on an undiluted basis.

Further information

1. The Company has 50,169,681 Ordinary Shares in issue.

2. The Company now has a total of 1,107,507 share awards and options outstanding, under the CSOP and PSP schemes, representing 2.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

3. The notification of these option awards is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
