Director/PDMR Share Dealing
Inspecs announces that it was notified on 2 November 2022 of the following PDMR purchases;
Chris Kay, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 47.25 pence per Ordinary Share.
Catherine Kay, the wife of Chris Kay (CFO), purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 47.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Chris Kay and his connected persons have a beneficial interest in 2,178,730 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.1 per cent of the Group's issued share capital.
