Sopheon PLC18 November 2005 SOPHEON PLC Conversion of loan stock Sopheon plc announces that an investor has exercised conversion rights inrespect of £40,000 nominal value of convertible loan stock resulting in theissue of 333,333 ordinary shares, at a conversion price of 12p per ordinaryshare. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted totrading on AIM, and dealings are expected commence on 24 November 2005.
