The options have been granted at a price of 25.25pper share, being the closing price on 14 April 2005. As part of this overallgrant, Barry Mence (Chairman) has been granted options over 125,000 ordinaryshares, Andrew Michuda (Chief Executive) over 300,000 ordinary shares, and ArifKarimjee (Group Finance Director) over 125,000 ordinary shares.
