Conversion of Bond
The Board of Aisi Realty Public Limited (AIM:AISI), announces that further to the circular posted to shareholders on 1 July 2011, Narrowpeak Consultants Limited ("Narrowpeak"), has converted bonds subscribed to with an aggregate capital value of $8m to 5,135,000 new ordinary shares of the Company. The conversion price of the bonds is £0.95 and following the conversion, Narrowpeak holds 47.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
