Aisi Realty Public Limited01 August 2007 FOR RELEASE 8.00AM1 August 2007 Aisi Realty Public Limited First Day of Dealings Aisi Realty Public Limited ("Aisi" or "the Company"), a closed-ended investmentcompany focusing on investments in the real estate market in Ukraine, announcesthat the Company's shares have been admitted today to trading on the AIM marketof the London Stock Exchange. Trading in the Company's shares is expected to commence from 8.00am today underthe ticker "AISI". The Company raised approximately US$33.1m through a placing of 50,210,601 newordinary shares at a price of 66 cents per share (the "Placing Price"). Onadmission the Company will have a total of 166,191,828 ordinary shares in issuecapitalising the Company at approximately US$109.7 million at the Placing Price.The funds raised will enable the Company to invest in a number of additionalinvestment projects currently under investigation which will be in addition tothose that the Company has already invested in.
