Z Group PLC21 December 2006 Z GROUP plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 23,685,879 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each ("OrdinaryShares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 23,685,879.
