IQ Holdings plc26 February 2008 IQ Holdings plc ("IQ Holdings" or the "Company") Appointment of Director The Company announces that Janette Weir has been appointed as a director withimmediate effect. Janette Weir, aged 39, joined IQ Research Limited in 2005 from Datamonitor,where she was the Lead Analyst of Life & Pensions research. Prior to this, shespent four years as Head of UK Financial Services research at McKinsey &Company, specialising in insurance and asset management. She was alsoresponsible for managing the pan-European asset management research team and wasa member of the asset management and insurance practice. Other previouspositions include Chief Economist at the Association of British Insurers and asan Economic Adviser at the Department for Work and Pensions. Janette is adirector of IQ Research Limited and graduate in Economics from the University ofSheffield. Janette holds 1,102,857 shares in the Company, representing 1.3 per cent of thetotal voting rights. Other than IQ Research Limited Janette holds no othercurrent directorships, nor previous directorships in the past five years. Thereis no further information under schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM rules thatfalls to be disclosed.
