IQ Holdings plc26 February 2008 IQ Holdings plc ("IQ Holdings" or the "Company") Placing The Company announces that on 31 January 2008 it placed 5,000,000 new ordinaryshares of 0.4p each at a price of 2p per share with The Bank of New York(Nominees) Limited, raising £100,000 for the Company. Application has been made for the 5,000,000 new ordinary shares to be traded onAIM and admission is expected on 29 February 2008. Following the issue of these new ordinary shares, the Company has 86,426,762ordinary shares in issue, each carrying voting rights. The Company holds noshares in treasury. The Bank of New York (Nominees) Limited is therefore interested in 5.8 per cent.of the voting rights of the Company.
