Avisen Plc, the AIM quoted business technology and profit improvement specialist, is pleased to confirm that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2011 (the "Annual Report") and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders on 29 July 2011. The AGM is to be held at 11 a.m. on 8 September 2011 atthe offices of Strand Hanson Limited, 26 Mount Row, London, W1K 3SQ. Shareholders wishing to attend should note that registration will commence at 10.30 a.m.
