Enterprise contracts wins

Demonstrating the growth of 1Spatial Enterprise business across key geographies, closing the year with good momentum

1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, secured several multi-year Enterprise contracts in December, strengthening the Group's position across its key geographies and closing the year with good momentum.

Two-year expansion contract to support the Californian Department for Transportation in partnership with Rizing

1Spatial has signed a two-year contract with Rizing, a global SAP partner, to support its Transportation Asset Management System (TAMS) project for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Providing $0.4 million in additional annual recurring revenue, the contract will see 1Spatial's 1Integrate and 1DataGateway products used for their unique data migration and data validation capabilities. There are opportunities for extension of licence terms as well as significant further expansion within the account. This is the second contract with Caltrans, secured alongside Rizing, demonstrating the strength of the long-standing partnership and demand for 1Spatial's unique technology.

Three-year contract extension with a Global Utility headquartered in France

A major European utility customer has renewed its software licence subscription for 1Spatial's GIS Framework and 1Integrate products, extending the term from one year to three years. The software is fundamental to the management of the customer's water and sewage network system and allows the creation of tailored applications to monitor efficiency. The contract has a total value of approximately ?1.8 million over the initial three-year period, with an estimated ?1.2 million allocated to managed services and ?0.6 million to term license revenue. This key account presents promising potential for future growth and the extension reflects the ongoing satisfaction with 1Spatial's solutions and strength of the Group's offering.

Four-year contract with ATKIS-1Gen

1Spatial has secured a four-year contract with ATKIS-1Gen, a working group of ADV (Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Vermessungsverwaltungen der Laender) that coordinates surveying and mapping in Germany, focussed on the development of a cloud-based generalisation product that will replace on-premise technology. The total contract value, over the initial four-year term, is approximately ?1.3 million, with the opportunity for extension of licence terms as well as expansion within the account. With 1Spatial's expertise and technology, ATKIS-1Gen will benefit from a more efficient and configurable product creation process secured within a managed cloud environment.
