Results of Annual General Meeting
1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed on a show of hands.
The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM is set out in the Notice of AGM published on 5 June 2025, available on the Company's website at www.1spatial.com.
Results of the proxy vote on each resolution will be available of the Company's website today.
