1Spatial, the global spatial software and solutions company which manages the world's largest spatial data, provides the following update in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. Marcus Yeoman, non-executive director of the Company, was a director of Diamond Lifestyle Holdings plc at the time of its being wound up by a voluntary creditor's liquidation on 22 July 2008.
