Sound Energy, the Moroccan focused upstream gas company,Ā announces that it has been notified that Simon Davies, the Company's Chairman, has today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.6 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Davies is interested in or controls 17,819,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.69% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
