Director/PDMR Shareholding
Sound Oil, the European / Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that Gerry Orbell has sold and his wife has purchased 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Gerry Orbell, a Non Executive Director of the Company, yesterday sold 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.75 pence per share. Following this disposal, Gerry Orbell's wife, Mary Orbell, today purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.735 pence per share.
As a result, Dr. Orbell's interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged, at 1,304,466 Ordinary Shares. This holding represents 0.40% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
