Total Voting Rights
Further to theĀ placing announced on 8 July 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that the 421,540,000 placing shares have been admitted to trading on AIM.Ā
Following the admission of the placing shares andĀ for the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice consists ofĀ 495,139,817 ordinary shares of 0.1p each with one voting right per share.Ā There are no shares held in treasury.Ā Ā

The total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeĀ 495,139,817.Ā
Ā
The above figure ofĀ 495,139,817Ā may be used byĀ shareholders as the denominatorĀ for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
