Orogen Gold Plc ("Orogen" or the "Company")

Director's dealing

The Company has received notification that Diablo Consulting Limited ("Diablo") sold 25,000,000 ordinary shares in Orogen at 0.9p per share. Diablo ceases to have an interest in the share capital of Orogen. Adam Reynolds, a director of Orogen, has a minority interest in Diablo and is not a director of Diablo.

Wilton International Marketing Limited ("Wilton") continues to have an interest in 86,000,000 ordinary shares representing 5.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of Orogen and has signed an agreement under which it has agreed not to sell any shares until 6 March 2012.
