Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM
Spinnaker Opportunities Plc (LSE: SOP) today announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2017 ("Annual Report"), Notice ("Notice") of the 2017 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy for the 2018 AGM have been sent to shareholders and the Annual Report and Notice are available on the Company's website at http://www.spinnakeropportunities.uk.
In compliance with LR9.6.1, the Company has today submitted electronic copies of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism appointed by the Financial Conduct Authority and these will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM:
· Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2017
· Notice of the 2018 AGM
· Form of Proxy for the 2018 AGM
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Bishop & Sewell LLP, 60 Russell Square, London WC1B 4HP on Tuesday, 5 June 2018 at 11.30am.
The directors of the Company have determined that all of the resolutions to be put to a vote at the AGM will be decided on a poll.
