Result of General Meeting
Kanabo Group Plc (formerly Spinnaker Opportunities Plc) is pleased to announced that at the General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held today, all resolutions were duly passed. The Company therefore expects that Admission and the first day of dealings will take place tomorrow, Tuesday 16 February 2021.
All resolutions were put to the meeting and approved on a poll and the results are detailed below.
