Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus dated 25 June 2020 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the revised Investment Objective and Policy of the Company, which was adopted at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 11 June 2020.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 27 September 2019 (the "Prospectus").
The full documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and also on the Company website.

Hipgnosis, which was founded by Merck Mercuriadis, is a Guernsey registered investment company established to offer investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated musical intellectual property rights. The Company has raised a total of over £625 million (gross equity capital) through its Initial Public Offering on 11 July 2018, and subsequent issues in April 2019, August 2019 and October 2019. In September 2019, Hipgnosis transferred its entire issued share capital to the Premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange's Premium segment of the Main Market.
