Figures based on voting rights in issue of 1,011,456,797 (1,011,456,797 Orindary Shares & 0 C Shares). Disclosure trigger due to a horizontal aggregation positional change on the C Shares line (SEDOL: BLPHZK7) which has moved through the 5% reporting threshold on a discretionary basis following a recently completed corporate event on 11/12/2020. This event reduced the C Shares class position from 7.7972% to 0.0000%.
