Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 14,722,828 shares (less than 5% of the voting rights) of Hipgnosis Songs Fund ltd. which are held by the discretionary clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all controlled by Ruffer LLP).

This decrease to less than 5% is due to the placing on 17 April 2019. Although Ruffer purchased 3,108,050 in the placing our overall holding was diluted to less than 5%.
