Somero announces that on 29 March 2022 it was notified that Howard Hohmann, Director of the Company, sold 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 490.12 pence per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr. Hohmann's beneficial interest in Somero is now 43,662 ordinary shares, or 0.08% of Somero's total issued share capital.
