Annual Report Correction

Somero Enterprises, Inc., the North American manufacturer of patented, Laser Screed® equipment that automates the process of spreading and leveling volumes of concrete for commercial flooring and other horizontal surfaces, has been notified of a correction required to its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report"). The Company erroneously omitted audit and tax fees paid in 2019. In 2019, audit fees paid were US$ 178,000 compared to US$ 173,000 in 2018, while tax fees paid in 2019 were US$ 227,000 compared to US$ 91,000 in 2018. The increase in tax fees was attributable in part to one-time costs associated with complying with the new US federal tax code as well as amendments to prior year tax filings.
