AGM Statement
Somero Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to provide an update on trading ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held tomorrow, 18 June 2024, at its global headquarters located at 14530 Global Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida 33913 U.S.A. at 9 a.m. local time.
In the five months ended 31 May 2024, the health of the non-residential construction market remained consistent and therefore trading has been tracking as expected. Consequently, the Board expects revenue, profitability, and cash generation to be in-line with the full year ending 31 December 2024 guidance provided in the 05 March 2024 final FY 2023 results statement.
The Board looks forward to providing a more detailed trading update covering the first six months of FY 2024 in July.
