St James's Energy PLC30 March 2007 30 March 2007 St James's Energy plc ("St James's" or the "Company") Offer to acquire Immersion Technology International plc ("Immersion") First Closing Date Following the First Closing Date of the offer to acquire the entire issued sharecapital of Immersion, to be satisfied by the allotment of new St James's sharesat completion (the "Offer"), the Board of St James's is pleased to announce thatSt James's has received acceptances in respect of 25,075,000 shares inImmersion, representing 14.25 per cent. of the entire issued share capital ofImmersion. In addition, St James's holds Powers of Attorney to sign acceptancesfor a further 99,735,000 shares in Immersion, representing 56.70 per cent. ofthe entire issued share capital of Immersion.
