Immersion Technologies Intl PLC13 December 2007 13th December 2007 Immersion Technologies International plc ("ITI" or the "Company") Issue of Equity ITI has issued 1,731,645 new ordinary shares as consideration for acquiring theminority interest in its subsidiary, Immersion Technology International Limited.Following this acquisition the Company is now the sole owner of the subsidiary.These new ordinary shares rank parri passu with the Company's existing ordinaryshares of 0.7p each in issue. ITI has made application for admission to tradingon AIM of the 1,731,645 new ordinary shares and trading in the new ordinaryshares is expected to commence on 19th December 2007. In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Companywould like to notify the market of the following: - As a result of the allotment of the new ordinary share, theCompany's share capital consists of 226,601,259 ordinary shares with votingrights. The Company holds no shares in treasury. - Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is226,601,259.
