Immersion Technologies Intl PLC08 January 2008 8 JANUARY 2008 IMMERSION TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL PLC ("Immersion" or the "Company") BOARD CHANGE Immersion Technologies International plc, which specialises in the design,manufacture and supply of high definition acoustic "HD-ATM" technology,announces the resignation of Blair Snowball, the Company's Finance Director,with effect from 31 January 2008. The Board has reluctantly accepted Blair's resignation and would like to placeon record its appreciation of Blair's hard work, especially in relation to theSt. James' Energy reverse takeover transaction, through which Immersion achievedits listing on AIM. Immersion is delighted to announce the interim appointment of Scott Grimshaw asGroup Financial Controller, with immediate effect. Although Scott will not jointhe Board, he is based in Melbourne and will work on a day-to-day basis withImmersion's executive team. Together, Immersion's executive management andfinance function will be located at the Company's headquarters in Melbourne,Australia. Kiran Morzaria, a non-executive director of the Company, will assumeresponsibility for the Company's finance function at Board level until a financedirector is appointed. Scott Grimshaw is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Commerceand Business Administration (Major in Accountancy) from the Victoria Universityof Wellington. He spent 10 years working for Tattersalls Limited, theinternational gaming business, with the last two years based in London. Heinitially worked as Group Financial Controller and more recently was responsiblefor corporate strategy and business development, as General Manager of EuropeanInvestments at Tattersalls.
