Director Dealing
Solid State plc (AIM: SSP) ("Solid State", the "Group" or "the Company"), the AIM listed supplier of specialist industrial/ruggedised computers, electronic components, antennae, microwave systems and battery power solutions to the electronics market, is pleased to announce that following the oversubscribed placing as announced earlier today, Gordon Comben and William Marsh, Chairman and Non-executive director respectively, have each agreed to sell 100,000 and 88,000 Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of 242 pence per share.

Following Admission of the placing shares and the sales of the Director's shares as disclosed above, the interests in the voting share capital of the Company will be as follows:
