Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 10 September 2025, Tilford Holdings Limited, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of Steven Windsor, acquired 142,248 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Notification of Dealing Form can be found below and is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of this acquisition.
Following this acquisition, Steven Windsor does not hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCAs hold 1,063,762 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together, Steven Windsor and his PCAs now hold a total of 1,063,762 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.27% of the Company's issued share capital.
