Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 29 May 2025, Benedict Luke Green, a Principal of the Investment Manager, and Passaic Services Limited, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") of Benedict Luke Green, acquired in aggregate 122,093 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Notification of Dealing Form can be found below and is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the acquisition.
Following this acquisition, Benedict Luke Green holds 359,374 Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCAs hold 1,249,030 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together, Benedict Luke Green and his PCAs now hold a total of 1,608,404 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.40% of the Company's issued share capital.
