Senior Appointment

Appointment of Non-Executive to StatPro International S.a.r.l.

StatPro Group plc, (AIM:SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analysis and asset pricing services for the global asset management industry, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Georges Deitz as a non-executive director to its subsidiary, StatPro International S.a.r.l., based in Luxembourg, with effect from 1 September 2014. 

Georges Deitz, a former senior partner of Deloitte, has over 25 years' experience advising multinational groups on growth strategies and on the impact of European Directives, treaties and OECD recommendations. Georges led the international tax practice of Deloitte in Luxembourg and has a wealth of experience advising on the establishment and international growth of businesses. Georges is a member of the board of directors of the International Fiscal Association and the American Chamber of Commerce.
