Issue of Shares

StatPro Group plc (AIM: SOG), the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and data solutions for the global asset management industry, today announces the issue of 31,000 shares following the exercise of share options at 60p per share under the Company's share option schemes.

In addition, following the receipt by the Company of applications relating to the exercise of options over 197,730 shares (with exercise prices ranging between 60p and 87p), the Company has opted to net settle by cash settlement in order to reduce the impact of dilution. The net settlement value was determined by the Board as 99 pence per ordinary share, being the closing mid-price on the settlement date (21 October 2009). As a result, a cash settlement amounting to a total of approximately £47,000 will be made.

Application will be made to issue a total of 31,000 ordinary shares of 1p each. It is expected that dealings will commence on 28 October 2009. These shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 60,062,972 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 60,062,972 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
