Director's dealings

The Company was informed on the 14 March 2013 that on the same day Otos Ltd, a company owned by Carl Bacon, Non-Executive Chairman of StatPro Group plc, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 82.78p per share. On the same day Carl Bacon purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares into his SIPP account at a price of 82.78p per share.

Following these transactions Carl Bacon is interested in 800,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.19% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
