Statpro Group PLC14 September 2007 14 September 2007 STATPRO GROUP PLC ("StatPro" or the "Company") Additional Listing StatPro, the AIM listed provider of portfolio analytics and data solutions forthe global asset management industry, announces that application has been madefor the admission to trading on AIM of 130,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("New Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of warrants. Thesewarrants were originally granted to the bank at an exercise price of 62.5p pershare under the Company's debt facility in 2001, and extended to October 2007 as part of the terms of the debt facility negotiated in 2006. The New OrdinaryShares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares,and dealings are expected to commence therein on 19 September 2007. Following admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Shares, the Companywill have 52,972,569 ordinary shares in issue.
